About the Role
Jeeves is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their centralized Data and Analytics team. This role involves converting business questions into clear direction and real impact, balancing deep analytics, strategy, and persuasive storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize business processes
- →Work collaboratively, communicate findings, and present insights to product owners, finance, GTM, and other cross-functional teams
- →Own high-impact analyses that influence product, growth, and operational decisions
- →Partner closely with leadership and functional leads to solve ambiguous business problems
- →Write SQL and Python to dig into complex datasets and uncover what actually matters
- →Build clean, intuitive Tableau dashboards
- →Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
- →Communicate insights confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- →Help define metrics, KPIs, and how we measure success as a company
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for financial services
- ✓Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI)
- ✓Expertise in SQL and Python or R
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Fluent in English
- ✓Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
- ✓Collaborative and team oriented
- ✓Hands-on experience leading strategic analysis in AI-enabled environments
