About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support talent attraction and acquisition activities in our Canada business. This role involves recruiting top professionals like Cost Managers, Project Managers, and Project Controls specialists to deliver successful projects across our divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage our Applicant Tracking system; creating positions, reviewing and updating candidates for accurate reporting
- →Schedule interviews and provide feedback
- →Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates
- →Attend intake meetings to ensure all required information is identified
- →Source candidates through various mediums such as social media, referrals, networking, and job boards
- →Conduct pre-screening and telephone interviews for pipeline or current vacancies
- →Build a Talent Pipeline to cover short and long-term workforce needs
- →Build trust and rapport with external parties (candidates and clients) and internal parties (employees, stakeholders, and new hires)
