About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join UiPath, focusing on Healthcare customer accounts. This role involves delivering value to customers through automation solutions and working across C-Suite and Digital Transformation groups.

Key Responsibilities

→Assess territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize UiPath revenue
→Achieve agreed sales targets within quarterly schedules
→Evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting and selling solutions with a value-based approach
→Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of UiPath solutions
→Establish and maintain positive business relationships in the territory
→Develop trusted relationships with partners and global systems integrators
→Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer value
→Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions
→Collaborate internally to foster knowledge sharing and best practices
→Explore ways to incorporate automation into daily work

Requirements

✓4+ years of solution/value selling experience
✓2+ years of enterprise account experience selling to Healthcare customers preferred
✓Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
✓Successful quota attainment and experience growing an enterprise client portfolio
✓Proven success selling new business and new logos
✓High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration
✓Ability to navigate client organizations and develop key contacts
✓Provides valuable insights into improving business operations
✓Research and data-driven approach to account planning
✓Self-starter invested in team success
✓Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
✓Automation-first mindset
✓Ability to travel ~50%
✓Authorized to work in the United States
