About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join Unframe, an AI-first startup building enterprise-grade products. This role focuses on finding, attracting, and onboarding top GTM and sales talent across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles across North America
- →Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates in a hands-on sourcing role
- →Lead initial screenings and manage the full interview process in close partnership with hiring managers
- →Ensure a thoughtful, human, and efficient candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
- →Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- →Coordinate across global time zones with candidates and internal stakeholders
- →Operate with a high level of ownership and help shape how we hire GTM talent as we scale in North America
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM and sales roles in a startup environment
- ✓Proven hands-on sourcing experience and comfort working proactively rather than reactively
- ✓Experience recruiting in fast-paced, growing startups
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- ✓Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different time zones
- ✓Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
- ✓High ownership, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset
