About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join Liveflow, a next-generation accounting and finance platform. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process for customers, ensuring they get the most out of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive end-to-end implementations of Flow, managing timelines, migrations, and configurations to get customers live quickly and confidently.
- →Be the customer's go-to person throughout the implementation journey, delivering a white-glove experience that sets them up for long-term success.
- →Spend significant time on-site with customers, providing hands-on training, guidance, and support as they transition from legacy systems.
- →Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements, acting as the voice of the customer internally.
- →Build and refine implementation playbooks and processes as we scale.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in implementation, customer success, or consulting roles — Ideally in accounting, finance, or ERP software.
- ✓Someone who thrives in front of customers and is comfortable being on-site regularly.
- ✓Strong project management instincts — you can juggle multiple implementations without dropping the ball.
- ✓A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams to get things done.
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity — we're building something new, and you'll help define how implementations work as we grow.
- ✓Fundamental Accounting knowledge.
