About the Role
We are looking for a System Administrator to join Unframe, an AI-powered product company. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining IT, cloud, and endpoint environments with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer and maintain cloud environments across GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean
- →Manage identity, access, and permissions across all systems
- →Own administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- →Manage Apple macOS devices using Kandji MDM
- →Support endpoint security tooling, including SentinelOne
- →Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and day-to-day user support
- →Provide internal IT support and troubleshooting for employees
- →Monitor system health, security posture, and operational best practices
- →Maintain documentation and follow IT operational processes
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator
- ✓Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
- ✓Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- ✓Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or similar)
- ✓Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint management
- ✓Strong familiarity with macOS environments
- ✓Working knowledge of security tools and security best practices
- ✓Comfortable providing direct user support and IT troubleshooting
- ✓Fluent English (written and spoken)
