About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage Industry sales across the AMER region. This role will lead an Enterprise sales team and play a critical role in ensuring Unity’s continued growth in revenue and market share for our Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the AMER region
- →Lead 5-8 Senior Sales Executives and deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments
- →Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth
- →Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships and increase deal sizes
- →Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering
- →Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in SaaS, Platform and/or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership
- ✓Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals
- ✓Passion for Sales Leadership, talent development and building high-performing teams
- ✓Effective leadership of cross-functional stakeholders and business functions
- ✓Experience with Channels, ISV's and System Integrators or Service Partners
