About the Role
The Performance Strategy Analyst is the operational engine of the Performance Strategy & Innovation team. This role focuses on managing campaign performance and ensuring client success through data-driven insights and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct daily yield audits to monitor revenue vs. spend at a granular level
- →Identify accounts with performance issues and propose corrective actions
- →Manage daily pacing reports to ensure optimized spending
- →Serve as the first point of contact for Client Experience and Media Ops teams
- →Resolve daily issues related to data discrepancies and campaign performance
- →Translate complex performance shifts into client-ready stories
- →Track results of new strategy pilots and provide operational feedback
Requirements
- ✓Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance anomalies
- ✓Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video)
- ✓2-4 years of experience managing mid-to-large scale campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- ✓Experience with campaign management and automation tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Optmyzr, Skai, etc.
- ✓Familiarity with visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI
