About the Role

The Graphic Designer role is vital to UpGuard's production capability, reporting directly to the Creative Director. Based in Argentina, you will be responsible for taking high-level concepts and art direction developed by our Creative Leads and bringing them to life with flawless, scalable execution.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute across omni-channel deliverables such as digital ads, social media graphics, white papers, case studies, event materials, and email components
→Work directly with Creative Leads to interpret high-level mock-ups and translate them into polished, final design files
→Utilise our centralised design system assets, templates, and component libraries within Figma to ensure consistency and speed
→Navigate seamlessly between print and digital mediums, applying knowledge of both standards
→Design and finalise UI elements, icons, and visual components for the UpGuard website and landing pages
→Ensure all executed assets maintain strict adherence to the UpGuard brand guidelines
→Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders

Requirements

✓3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer in a corporate or agency setting
✓Mastery of Figma, including experience with shared component libraries, auto-layout, and design systems
✓Fluent understanding of English (both written and verbal)
✓Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing pixel-perfect final assets
✓Flexibility to collaborate asynchronously with global stakeholders
✓A portfolio showcasing versatility, strong typographic skills, and application of brand identity
