About the Role
Valon is seeking a Senior Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of their Consumer product experience. This role involves designing intuitive financial workflows for homeowners and defining how to introduce value-added products to millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end design of Valon’s Consumer experience, including onboarding, web applications, and cross-channel notifications
- →Design simple, elegant experiences that make complex financial workflows intuitive and accessible for homeowners
- →Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
- →Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a user-centered perspective
- →Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
- →Provide feedback to designers and partners to raise the bar for product quality
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of product design experience, preferably in D2C fintech
- ✓Portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and systems thinking
- ✓Track record of shipping end-to-end product experiences
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to evolving product spaces
- ✓Excellent communication and organizational skills
