About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior AI Platform Designer to join our team at Vanta. In this role, you will contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our Agentic experiences, helping businesses earn and prove trust through our security platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Enhance and expand the Agentic experiences to meet the evolving needs of the Vanta platform
- →Create and maintain high-quality AI patterns
- →Pair and collaborate with product teams on improving workflows
- →Help define a playbook for iterative experimentation with engineering
- →Bring the latest thinking to help enable our EPD organization at large
Requirements
- ✓Familiarity with AI tooling
- ✓Healthy skepticism and a critical lens on AI tooling
- ✓6+ years experience in product design
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, UI/UX design, and system thinking
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- ✓Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
