About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join Vanta and redefine how compliance workflows are designed, automated, and executed. You will define a net-new experience vision, strategy, and execution for a highly AI-centric workflow builder, partnering cross-functionally to align others around your vision.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value
→Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy and craft compelling narratives
→Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact
→Enhance the influence of the Design organization by sharing insights and improving work processes
→Mentor other designers to refine concepts and elevate design quality
→Contribute to and refine our design system to align with strategic goals

Requirements

✓8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products
✓Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
✓Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights
✓Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution
✓Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management
✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving
✓Proven success in driving design strategy and systemic thinking
✓Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts
✓Proficient in managing complex projects and timelines
✓Portfolio required showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship
✓Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work
