About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to join Vapi, a rapidly scaling company creating the shift to voice as humanityβs default interface. This foundational leadership role will serve as the strategic operating partner to our VP of Sales and the broader go-to-market leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- βAudit the current revenue tech stack, including Salesforce architecture, reporting, and data flows
- βMap the end-to-end revenue funnel from marketing through delivery
- βRedesign the forecasting process and implement improved pipeline inspection frameworks
- βStand up SDR activity tracking, dashboards, and accountability systems
- βLaunch the new RevOps operating cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, leadership reporting)
- βBuild onboarding and enablement frameworks for new GTM hires
- βPresent the RevOps organizational build-out plan and begin hiring
- βDeliver the first full quarterly revenue insights package for leadership
Requirements
- βExperience with Series B to F companies
- βExperience selling multi-million dollar deals to F500
- βBonus: Experience building your own startup
- βStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data flows
- βExpertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis
- βAbility to build strong working relationships with GTM leaders
- βExperience with SDR activity tracking and dashboard creation
- βKnowledge of deal inspection and revenue insights
