About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join Vay, a company revolutionizing urban mobility with remote driving technology. This role focuses on building a high-velocity engine that will bring teledriving to the masses, operating at the frontier of mobility.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and manage a sophisticated growth stack to optimize user acquisition
→Identify and reduce friction points in the user journey
→Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
→Advocate for features that drive distribution
→Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer retention
→Optimize referral mechanics and create shareable teledriving milestones
→Analyze cohort data and lifetime value (LTV) to ensure sustainable customer acquisition cost (CAC)

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing within high-growth marketplaces, mobility, or consumer tech
✓Proficiency with modern growth stack (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Braze)
✓Proven track record of running rigorous A/B and multivariate tests
✓Deep understanding of paid social, SEM, and programmatic
✓Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise
✓Agile and scrappy mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
✓Ability to collaborate seamlessly with designers and engineers
