About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join our team at Veeam Software. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence and sales execution across the EMEA EAST region, focusing on translating global and regional sales strategies into high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and support sales excellence strategies, ensuring alignment with global and EMEA-wide processes
- →Act as a trusted business partner to Sales leadership, supporting performance improvement and process standardization
- →Co-own forecast accuracy and support defined methodologies and playbooks
- →Drive the rhythm of the business by preparing insights and materials for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews
- →Provide accurate, timely, and actionable sales metrics and insights to support revenue targets
- →Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- →Support governance and continuous optimization of sales stages and pipeline hygiene
- →Support evaluation, rollout, and adoption of sales tools and technologies
- →Leverage CRM data to support account planning and customer engagement strategies
- →Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-supported analytics
- →Support annual planning activities, including territory design and target setting
- →Champion continuous improvement and change initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓8–10 years of experience within a technology company or a strategy/technology consulting environment
- ✓Proven experience in sales operations, sales excellence, or analytics
- ✓Strong analytical background with hands-on experience using BI and analytics tools
- ✓Advanced experience with CRM and sales tools technology; Salesforce experience required
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- ✓Fluent in English
- ✓Experience supporting both commercial and enterprise sales motions is a plus
