About the Role
Veeva Systems is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their rapidly growing team in China. This role involves working on the implementation of cloud solutions for the life sciences industry, collaborating with senior consultants and solution architects to deliver successful customer implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work as part of a project team and collaborate with experienced Senior Consultants and Project Managers
- →Participate in business process discovery workshops and requirements definition
- →Configure Veeva products to match customer needs under guidance of Solution Architects
- →Help with building, testing, training customers, and final deployment of solutions
- →Create documentation of system requirements and design for successful implementations
- →Explain solutions to various audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications
- →Guide customer project teams to apply business and technical best practices
- →Connect with other Associate Consultants in Asia within the Generation Veeva program
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance, graduating in 2025, or 1-2 years of professional experience
- ✓Good communication skills and fluency in Chinese and English
- ✓Desire to work in an intense, dynamic environment
- ✓Ability to take technical and business concepts and express them as potential solution designs
- ✓Aptitude and interest in technology with proficiency in software applications like PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Lucidchart
- ✓Proactive and self-starter attitude
- ✓Nice to Have
- ✓Degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Biomed/Biochem Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar field
- ✓Programming experience or knowledge of Relational Database concepts
- ✓Internship or experience with a Pharma company
