About the Role
We are looking for professionals to become experts in the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, helping customers achieve their business vision and participating in the transformation of the global Life Sciences industry. This role focuses on configuring and supporting Veeva Vault applications while working closely with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help keep up to date and configure new features within the Veeva Vault suite
- →Work closely with customers' business and IT teams to understand their requirements
- →Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices
- →Solution and configure Vault applications including workflows, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications
- →Provide ad-hoc training to educate customer administration teams
- →Perform system administration and Tier 2/3 troubleshooting
- →Support customer Vault migration and proactively participate in migration projects
Requirements
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ✓Proven ability to work remotely and independently while supporting multiple customers
- ✓5+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
- ✓3+ years of customer-facing experience managing customer expectations
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- ✓Authorized to be employed in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided)

- ✓Veeva CRM experience
- ✓Knowledge and work experience in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences
- ✓Fluency in Mandarin to enhance collaboration with China-based teams
