About the Role

We are hiring high potential people early in their careers for our Master Class Program to pivot into Life Sciences Consulting. This program is designed as an entry path to shape experienced professionals as Business Consultants capable of making an impact for the Life Sciences industry. Early in the program, you will own key workstreams on customer-facing engagements to create high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Support and deliver all components of customer engagements including customer communications, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
→Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models
→Leverage Veeva's software and data to pull through tangible business and operational solutions
→Conduct process and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
→Manage project timelines and ensure successful engagement delivery

Requirements

✓3-5 years of experience from Life Sciences Industry, Advanced Degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), non-Consulting work experience, or Veteran/Military Service
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate issues and find proactive solutions
✓Process-driven approach with interest in operations, numbers, and data analysis
✓High work ethic and integrity
✓Willingness to travel up to 20% of time per year
✓Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment
