About the Role

We are seeking early-career professionals to join our Master Class Program, designed as an entry path into Life Sciences Consulting. This role involves supporting customer engagements and developing business solutions using Veeva's industry insights and technology.

Key Responsibilities

→Support and deliver all components of customer engagements including communications, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
→Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables optimizing customer operating models and business performance
→Leverage Veeva's software and data to implement tangible business and operational solutions
→Conduct process and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
→Manage project timelines and ensure engagement deliverables are met

Requirements

✓3-5 years of experience from Life Sciences industry, advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), or other non-consulting work experience
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate issues and find proactive solutions
✓Process-driven approach with interest in operations, numbers, and data analysis
✓High work ethic and integrity
✓Willingness to travel up to 20% annually
✓Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom
