About the Role
We are looking for an AI Consultant to join Veeva China's Business Consulting team as a founding member of a dedicated AI practice. This role focuses on deploying next-generation AI Agents and shaping how Artificial Intelligence is applied in the Life Sciences industry. You will bridge business strategy with technical implementation to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Pharma commercial leaders to identify high-value AI scenarios and define concrete use cases
- →Lead AI implementation projects, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders
- →Perform hands-on prompt engineering and tuning to ensure AI output quality and accuracy
- →Provide product feedback by testing AI Agents in real-world scenarios and proposing enhancements
- →Guide client teams on effective AI interaction and adoption through change management
Requirements
- ✓3+ years experience in Management Consulting, CRM Product Management, or Technology Solutioning
- ✓Strong conceptual understanding of LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents
- ✓Demonstrated experience in Prompt Engineering with tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
- ✓Ability to understand complex Commercial and Medical processes in Life Sciences
- ✓Native Mandarin and fluent English proficiency
- ✓Nice to Have
- ✓Basic Python coding skills for data structures and API testing
- ✓Experience with Data Governance, Privacy, and Compliance in AI contexts
