About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant/Consultant to join our China Business Consulting practice. This role focuses on bridging business vision and technology execution for life sciences companies, specifically in Change Management, System Evaluation & Assessment, and Business Analysis to help clients navigate digital transformation in the Chinese market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead organizational change management workstreams for large-scale digital transformation projects
- →Design adoption strategies, communication plans, and training programs for Field Force and Medical teams
- →Conduct deep-dive assessments of clients' current commercial technology stacks
- →Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities and recommend To-Be architectures
- →Act as a lead Business Analyst to capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- →Map and re-engineer commercial processes to align with industry best practices in China
- →Manage critical workstreams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables addressing strategic goals
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Internal Strategy, or Commercial Operations within Life Sciences
- ✓Proven track record in driving user adoption and managing resistance during system implementations
- ✓Deep understanding of the China Pharma commercial model (VBP impact, NRDL, OMNI-channel engagement)
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- ✓Native Mandarin and fluent English (written and verbal)

- ✓Experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce ecosystems
- ✓Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or project management (e.g., PMP)
