About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Veolia's Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division. This role involves working closely with customers across diverse industries to create advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications
- →Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and recommend improvement initiatives
- →Execute our Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews
- →Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water & energy sustainability
- →Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and commercial negotiations
- →Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities
- →Work safely at all times, following all EHS policies and procedures
Requirements
- ✓Experience in chemical water and process treatment solutions
- ✓Strong technical background and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
- ✓Ability to develop deep customer relationships
- ✓Experience in meeting revenue targets and managing commercial negotiations
