About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager – OUS to join our global HR team at Veracyte. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives across regions outside the United States, including EMEA and Canada, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and managing immigration processes for both incoming and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary HRBP for regions outside the U.S., providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and succession planning.
- →Collaborate with global business teams to harmonize policies and practices across regions.
- →Advise on compensation, benefits, and mobility strategies tailored to international markets.
- →Monitor and interpret labor law changes and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
- →Support talent acquisition efforts and onboarding for international hires.
- →Lead and manage company-wide immigration processes, including work authorization, visa renewals, and mobility planning.
- →Act as the primary point of contact for the company’s international PEO provider.
- →Oversee PEO service delivery, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ✓Minimum of 6 - 7 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP role with regional responsibility, ideally EMEA.
- ✓Proven experience managing immigration processes and working with global mobility vendors.
- ✓Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- ✓Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to build relationships across cultures and levels.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and provide strategic HR solutions.
- ✓Flexibility to work across multiple time zones is essential.
