About the Role
Via is seeking a Consumer Growth Marketing Associate to design programs and campaigns for riders of Via’s transportation services across the United States and beyond. This role will oversee a variety of strategic marketing tactics and contribute to improving transportation outcomes for partners and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Connect the dots between teams, programs, research, and data to understand and anticipate our customers’ needs
- →Craft marketing strategy and communications for key transit partners
- →Develop full lifecycle marketing programs based on market research and customer segments
- →Collaborate across internal and partner teams to launch, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing programs
- →Build programs for local communities and scale them to similar markets
- →Identify and test new rider growth initiatives
- →Conduct rigorous analysis to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- →Create replicable processes and playbooks to drive efficiency
- →Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics
- →Communicate strategies, insights, and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
