Key Responsibilities
- →Own day-to-day operational processes related to benefit readiness, fulfillment, and redemption enablement
- →Monitor and support all technical, compliance, and security requirements tied to benefit deployment
- →Support vendor onboarding, maintenance, compliance checks, and audit requirements
- →Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for new launches and market rollouts
- →Lead core activities across the benefit lifecycle including enablement, implementation support, and performance monitoring
- →Partner with Benefit Owners to support scenario modeling, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization
- →Improve resources for Customer Service, Specialist Sales, and in-market teams
- →Map, document, and optimize benefit operations to automate and streamline workflows
- →Develop new workflows, FAQs, and tools to improve scalability
- →Enhance user journeys with engagement and platform teams
- →Track benefit performance indicators and operational readiness
- →Propose enhancements to drive efficiency and improve consistency
- →Support implementation of new operational tools and automation initiatives
