About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Wabtec Inspection Technologies team in Singapore. This role involves providing financial support to operational leadership and acting as a business partner to support strategy and value optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support financial activities related to operational processes including financial analysis, reporting, and month-end close activities
- →Serve as financial support to operational teams across the region
- →Prepare scorecards and variance reports based on actual costs vs budget
- →Prepare inventory analysis and reconciliations
- →Collaborate with internal and external audit requirements
- →Adhere to internal controls and SOX compliance
- →Support statutory tax requirements and compliance
- →Collaborate with additional reports and activities requested by operations and corporate finance
- →Support ERP implementation for the region
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- ✓Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a financial position
- ✓Knowledgeable in US GAAP and IFRS
- ✓Controllership experience in a multinational company
- ✓Information systems/ERP system experience
- ✓Ability to operate in a complex environment
- ✓Strong commitment to business ethics and integrity
- ✓Good communication in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
- ✓Preferably experienced working in a Carve-out and Integration environment
