We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who’s excited to go beyond reporting and play a real role in how decisions get made. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, systems and strategy—turning numbers into insights that shape forecasting, resource allocation and performance across the company. You’ll partner with leaders in operations, sales, accounting and more, gaining visibility into executive‑level decision‑making and initiatives like M&A integration. What You’ll Do • Analyze monthly performance, identify trends and surface risks/opportunities • Support forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning • Maintain and improve financial models and datasets • Ensure data accuracy across systems (CRM, ERP, internal tools) • Help streamline and document FP&A processes • Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting, systems and workflows • Contribute to materials shared with senior leadership What You Bring • 1–3 years of experience in finance, analytics or a related field • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working with data • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to ask smart questions • Clear communication skills, especially with non‑finance stakeholders • A mindset focused on ownership, learning and continuous improvement What Success Looks Like • Clear, accurate revenue and expense forecasts with strong driver insights • Monthly reporting delivered on time with actionable takeaways • Improved data consistency across systems • Growing trust from department leaders who rely on your analysis • Documented, scalable FP&A processes that get better over time Compensation & Benefits: • We strive for salary range transparency in our hiring process. Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package – this role will also be eligible for a bonus based on company performance, as well as benefits. Below is the starting salary for this role: Starting Salary: $65,000 – 75,000 a year • Placement on the salary scale will be determined by various factors, such as, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, education, business or organizational requirements and internal equity. • Starting salaries are not inclusive of a full range of compensation for this role and are instead meant to reflect the expected beginning salary for a new hire. Merit-based increases can be earned after time in role.
