About the Role
WalkMe is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to engage, retain, and drive customer renewals and expansion opportunities. This role focuses on serving as a trusted point of contact for WalkMe's enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary contact for WalkMe’s enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle
- →Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover business needs and priorities
- →Understand customer requirements and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- →Proactively engage accounts to identify risks and ensure WalkMe solutions are being leveraged
- →Work with professional services and sales teams to define project deliverables
- →Develop creative strategies to increase renewals and drive long-term customer success
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of relevant Customer Success/Account Management/Project Management experience with Fortune 500 organizations
- ✓High competency in sales discovery methodologies and strategic value discussions
- ✓Strong commercial and technical aptitude
- ✓Ability to design pricing strategy and articulate commercial aspects
- ✓Demonstrable success in strategic thinking and tactical execution
- ✓Knowledge of web applications, CSS, and HTML
- ✓Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- ✓Must be available for in-office work 3 times per week
