About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Prague, who will define feature development strategy and oversee the full development cycle. This role is part of the World of Tanks production team and will work closely with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create plans for features in roadmap using agile methodologies
- →Coordinate daily development operations and activities
- →Create and maintain schedules, ensuring responsibility among team members
- →Establish, manage, track, and report on key development milestones
- →Provide regular progress reports to management
- →Collaborate with other studios in different countries on cross-functional projects
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in project management, time management, risk management, and change management
- ✓Computer Science Degree or equivalent in project management and/or technical discipline
- ✓Minimum 3+ years experience in coordinating software development in international teams
- ✓Experience with JIRA, Miro, or other software development tools
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- ✓Excellent English language skills
- ✓Experience in collaboration with cross-functional and external teams
