About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join CarTrawler, a global travel tech company that makes travel smoother for millions worldwide. This role involves campaign execution, strategic support, and digital marketing expertise within the Trading Squad.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and provide strategic support for CRM campaigns
- →Serve as the primary CRM and digital marketing expert within the Trading Squad
- →Provide expert guidance on digital acquisition strategies
- →Leverage knowledge of platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, and microsites
- →Ensure alignment on key elements such as client ID management and customer journey consistency
- →Conduct quality assurance on all campaign elements
- →Build strong relationships with squad leaders, partners, and cross-functional team members
- →Support the delivery of the CRM testing roadmap
- →Define and track KPIs across all CRM and repeatable campaign activities
- →Lead the evolution of the CRM email integration process with partners
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
- ✓Proficient in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms
- ✓Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL, or HTML
- ✓Proven track record of delivering against key digital marketing metrics
- ✓Strong experience working in cross-functional teams
- ✓Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
- ✓Excellent project management and organisational skills
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Collaborative team player
- ✓Passionate about marketing, brand building, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
