About the Role
We are looking for a Production Designer to join Warp, a rapidly growing startup in the AI development space. This role involves owning the design and production of high-volume, high-impact assets for Sales, Growth, and internal communication, ensuring Warp always presents a polished, on-brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate creative direction into high-quality production assets across sales, marketing, and internal channels.
- →Own the production of decks, PDFs, diagrams, landing pages, campaign assets, and internal materials.
- →Maintain and evolve Warp’s brand system, templates, and component libraries.
- →Manage asset organization, versioning, and retrieval across the team.
- →Support Growth and Sales with consistent, on-brand creative output.
- →Collaborate with Creative Leadership to turn strategy into scalable, repeatable execution.
- →Help define and improve creative production processes and workflows.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in production design or creative operations.
- ✓Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, libraries).
- ✓Excellent layout, typography, and visual systems skills.
- ✓Experience producing assets across digital, web, presentation, and print formats.
- ✓Ability to manage high-volume production work with attention to detail.
- ✓Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
