About the Role
We are looking for a Video Producer to join Warp, a rapidly growing startup in the AI development space. The Video Producer will be responsible for editing, motion, and distribution-ready packaging of Warp’s video content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Edit and package video content for product, marketing, DevRel, and social channels.
- →Plan and run in-office and NYC-based video shoots (talking heads, interviews, demos, podcasts).
- →Set up, operate, and break down camera, lighting, and audio for small-to-medium productions.
- →Create basic motion graphics, transitions, and visual systems for Warp’s video language.
- →Adapt video content for different platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, web, in-app).
- →Collaborate with Creative Leadership and external production partners on high-end shoots and campaigns.
- →Maintain a reusable library of motion assets, templates, and visual elements.
- →Help improve Warp’s video velocity, consistency, and production efficiency.
- →Coordinate freelancers or additional crew when needed (DPs, sound, etc.).
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in video production and editing.
- ✓Proven experience running on-site video shoots end-to-end.
- ✓Strong editorial instincts, pacing, and storytelling judgment.
- ✓Comfortable operating professional or prosumer camera, lighting, and audio setups.
- ✓High proficiency with Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar tools.
- ✓Able to move quickly, stay organized, and ship without sacrificing quality.
- ✓Comfortable working on-site in Warp’s NYC office for shoots.
