About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Development Department. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the strategic ambitions of our organization by identifying and integrating top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and implement an innovative and effective recruitment strategy to attract and retain high-potential profiles
- βManage the entire recruitment cycle independently, from interviews to new hire integration
- βEnsure a positive candidate experience through engaging processes
- βAct as an ambassador for the organization on campus recruitment activities
- βOrganize events on campuses such as forums, professional conferences, and educational innovation sessions
- βMaintain strong partnerships with partner schools and universities
- βSupport managers in their recruitment decisions and raise awareness of best practices
- βPromote RSE (Handicap, Diversity & Inclusion) recruitment policies
Requirements
- βExperience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- βStrong understanding of various sourcing channels including direct approaches, job boards, educational institutions, social networks, and cooptation
- βAbility to develop and maintain a pool of active candidates
- βExperience in organizing campus recruitment events
- βKnowledge of RSE recruitment policies and best practices
- βExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
