About the Role
Wealthfront is seeking a Staff User Researcher to join our mission of building a financial system that favors people. This role involves leading impactful research projects that will shape our product experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end research projects across Wealthfront’s products and the entire client journey
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute research
- →Represent client experiences by conveying insights clearly and actionably
- →Help identify opportunities to better serve clients and inform product strategy
- →Experiment with innovative research methods to inform business decisions
- →Participate in product and design team activities, mentor team members
Requirements
- ✓Graduate degree in Anthropology, Behavioral Economics, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or similar
- ✓6+ years of industry experience in UX research roles
- ✓Deep knowledge and practical experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- ✓Experience running complex, end-to-end research projects
- ✓Effective communication and compelling presentation skills
- ✓Ability to design effective research approaches within constraints
- ✓Collaborative mindset with experience working across disciplines
- ✓Self-directed towards excellent outcomes
