Key Responsibilities
- →Install Syncing Software, Client Software, and Mobile App for new customers
- →Troubleshoot software installation and general software use issues
- →Set up customers' call flow and phone customizations
- →Guide customers through phone installation and train them on usage
- →Troubleshoot phone installation and network problems affecting call quality
- →Assist Onboarders with other technical issues and questions
