About the Role
Weave is seeking a Product Manager, PLG to own the end-to-end user journey for both new and existing customers. This role focuses on making Weave "unstickable" by removing friction from customer discovery to becoming a power user, leveraging Agentic AI to automate complex setup workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the strategy for the self-serve experience and translate growth goals into a prioritized backlog
- →Optimize the growth funnel by monitoring user journey and running A/B tests to smooth the path from discovery to expansion
- →Instrument the platform to identify high-intent users and create seamless hand-offs between self-serve paths and sales team
- →Build Agentic AI workflows to handle customer setup and data migration
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth Consumer apps
- ✓Proven track record in Product-Led Growth or high-velocity experimentation environment
- ✓Compelling storytelling ability to weave data, customer insights, and product vision
- ✓Refined sense of UI/UX and deep empathy for the user
- ✓Data fluency and analytical rigor using tools like Snowflake, Sigma, or Pendo
- ✓Full-funnel thinking with experience driving Activation and Retention metrics
