About the Role

We are seeking an Enablement & Operations Project Manager to support our Global Early Career Recruiting team. This temporary contract role will play a critical role in scaling and strengthening our global Early Career Talent programs.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint hub for Early Career Talent resources
→Develop comprehensive manager and mentor toolkits for onboarding and coaching
→Create performance management resources for early career hires and people leaders
→Build process flow diagrams and visual documentation to simplify complex workflows
→Develop internal enablement materials such as one-pagers, roadshow decks, and training sessions
→Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to document and standardize recruiting processes
→Create scalable systems for tracking and reporting key program activities
→Design and distribute program surveys and support analysis
→Create branded, engaging content for internal and external audiences
→Develop social media templates and communication sequences

Requirements

✓Experience in project management, particularly in talent acquisition or HR operations
✓Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✓Proficiency in SharePoint and other collaboration tools
✓Experience with process documentation and workflow optimization
✓Content creation and communication development skills
✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
