About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Wheely, a high-end ride-hailing service redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe and the Middle East. This role focuses on creating impeccable products that feel seamless and personal.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team.
- βLead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web.
- βCollaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product.
- βIdentify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features.
- βWrite clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience.
Requirements
- β3+ years as a Product Designer on digital user-facing products.
- βHigh visual craft with attention to polish and detail.
- βExperience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural.
- βAbility to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product.
- βTechnical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them.
- βProactive in defining and prioritising UX issues: able to collect and assess relevant data, and move things forward.
- βHighly communicative and self-organised: able to clearly articulate design rationale and prioritise feedback to iterate rapidly.
