About the Role
WHOOP is seeking a Program Manager to join our team that develops algorithms powering our performance features. This role bridges data science, sensor intelligence, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with algorithm engineers and data scientists to facilitate project kickoffs and retrospectives
- →Maintain an updated program roadmap for Core Algorithms
- →Support execution of core algorithm development projects
- →Manage project documentation and status updates
- →Identify risks and blockers, escalating tradeoffs with solutions
- →Facilitate cross-functional communication across WHOOP
- →Partner with the RAD program management team to improve development processes
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles
- ✓Experience working on technical projects involving algorithms, data, or software systems
- ✓Experience organizing projects using Jira or similar platforms
- ✓Comfort working with technical teams and learning new concepts quickly
- ✓Clear, confident written and oral communication skills
- ✓Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
- ✓Background in consumer technology, platforms, or data-driven products is a plus
