About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Grow Squad (Wise Assets) in London. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow our Product team, providing millions of people with frictionless and borderless money management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the entire path to purchase for the savings and investment products, building the shop front and defining the go-to-market strategy
- →Design and run rapid experiments to decrease time-to-value for new Assets users
- →Own the shared surfaces used to merchandise all the Grow products within the Wise app and website
- →Directly contribute to our mission to make money without borders the new normal
- →Build world-class products with a global impact
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Founder
- ✓Launched a significant B2C/B2B product and demonstrated impact on adoption metrics
- ✓Customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of pain points and empathy
- ✓Hands-on approach to execution, willing to wear any hat to help the team
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience in data instrumentation (Mixpanel, Looker)
- ✓Experience in deposits/liquidity management from fintech, bank, or asset manager
