About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager - Account Access & Recovery to join Wise's growing team in London. This role focuses on ensuring customers can seamlessly set up or access accounts without human intervention.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage account access features including account creation, login, 2-factor authentication, and account recovery flows
- →Iterate on product aspects across platforms while maintaining transparency
- →Find and implement opportunities to grow Wise faster and bring more customers to the revolution
- →Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts to make informed decisions
- →Report to the consumer onboarding product lead
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management with focus on account access and recovery
- ✓Strong understanding of 2-factor authentication and account security
- ✓Ability to iterate on product aspects while maintaining transparency
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams including Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts
- ✓Leadership experience and ability to inspire teams
- ✓Understanding of Wise's mission to make money without borders the new normal
