About the Role
We are looking for an Ivalua Technical Consultant to join our team. This role involves analyzing customer issues in Ivalua-based procurement platforms and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyzing issues reported by customers in the Ivalua-based procurement platforms
- →Providing workarounds and implementing solutions
- →Proposing and implementing performance and configuration improvements to the client’s systems
- →Analyzing specific business requirements for technical feasibility and alignment with Ivalua configuration best practices
- →Collecting and refining business requirements and supporting clients in defining their end-user needs
- →Cooperating with application engineers and integration engineers to ensure that the Ivalua system is configured according to the client's requirements
- →Cooperating with the Project Manager and Project Leaders in task scheduling and project scope management
- →Building and maintaining business relationships with the client
