About the Role

We are looking for a General Manager F&A to provide leadership to diverse F&A process accounts and ensure operational excellence to achieve client SLA deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide leadership to multiple and diverse F&A process accounts
→Ensure operational excellence to achieve client SLA deliverables
→Manage client relationship, team building, and process delivery goals
→Formulate and achieve goals in link with corporate vision and objectives
→Spearhead Quality Movement through quality assurance team
→Participate in recruitment at all senior levels
→Provide inputs to HQ on diversifications/expansion projects
→Implement new products/services in consultation with Business development team
→Manage the vertical as a business unit and grow profitability
→Assess training needs for functional heads
→Integrate commercial acumen into functional responsibilities
→Track business and people metrics
→Facilitate client interactions and operating units alignment
→Translate values into day-to-day actions
→Empower teams to respond to business issues
→Interact with CFO level of client organization

Requirements

✓Qualified accountant or Post graduate with 15+ years of experience
✓Experience with Financial Services organization
✓Experience with leading ERPs
✓Strong F&A domain knowledge with experience managing FP&A and Group reporting teams
✓Strong experience driving and executing Transformation projects across F&A processes
✓Deep understanding of F&A Process Risk & Controls and leading Risk & Control Framework
✓Excellent People management and stakeholder management skills
