About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex software capabilities for computer-based systems while working closely with other engineers to create solutions for federal government clients. The position offers a hybrid work environment with a mix of remote and in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop Java-based software capabilities
- →Create enterprise APIs and RESTful web services
- →Implement microservices architecture
- →Apply object-oriented programming paradigms
- →Work within an agile software lifecycle
- →Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment
- →Use configuration management tools like Git, Nexus, and Maven
- →Troubleshoot issues and work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Requirements
- ✓Current Secret level U.S. Government Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- ✓5+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's, or 9+ years with a High School Diploma
- ✓Experience with modern Java frameworks and libraries (Spring, Guava)
- ✓Ability to obtain DoD 8140/8570 compliance certifications (e.g., Security+)
- ✓Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with 1-2 days per week in Greenville, SC office
- ✓Strong working knowledge of Linux operating system
- ✓Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team
