About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Test Automation Engineer to enhance and uphold product quality throughout every phase of the software development lifecycle. This role involves developing automated test scripts, evaluating test tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts tailored to software products
- →Serve as a testing specialist supporting user requirements for complex software/hardware applications
- →Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation test tools and strategies
- →Perform detailed testing including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
- →Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and analyze defects
- →Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- ✓Current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. citizenship
- ✓At least 5 years of experience writing automated tests for software applications with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's, or 9 years with a High School Diploma
- ✓Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days per week on-site in Greenville, SC
- ✓Proven ability to learn quickly and work well independently and in teams
- ✓Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium
- ✓Experience performing functional and non-functional testing
- ✓Strong communication skills with product owners, technical teams, and users
- ✓Experience creating and executing test plans and procedures
- ✓Experience documenting software defects and generating test reports
- ✓Experience with configuration management tools like Git, Nexus, and Maven
- ✓Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like Gitlab CI/CD and Jenkins
- ✓Experience with the agile software lifecycle
- ✓Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficiency
