About the Role

We are seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team at Wyetech, LLC. This role involves providing comprehensive support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, managing infrastructure, and offering assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
→Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes
→Offer support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices
→Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
→Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
→Install, load, and maintain operating system software
→Troubleshoot and configure network components
→Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Requirements

✓United States Citizenship and appropriate security clearance (TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph)
✓Five years of experience with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
✓Five years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
