About the Role
We are seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team at Wyetech, LLC. This role involves providing comprehensive support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems for our federal government customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- →Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes
- →Support IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution
- →Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
- →Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
- →Install, load, and maintain operating system software
- →Troubleshoot and maintain network components
- →Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
Requirements
- ✓United States Citizenship and appropriate security clearance (TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph)
- ✓Ten years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or five years of additional relevant experience
- ✓Experience with IT systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- ✓Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems
- ✓Experience with network components and system capacity analysis
