About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join XBOW, a company at the forefront of AI-powered offensive security. This role involves defining and articulating the value of XBOW’s autonomous offensive security platform to technical buyers, practitioners, and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own technical product positioning and messaging for XBOW’s autonomous offensive security platform
- →Develop and maintain technical narratives that differentiate XBOW from legacy pentesting and emerging AI security tools
- →Assess competitive landscape and develop counter-positioning to support sales enablement
- →Partner with Product and Security Research to understand roadmap and technical capabilities
- →Translate technical innovation into customer-facing artifacts
- →Lead product launches from beta to GA
- →Build technical enablement for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
- →Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging of XBOW offerings
- →Work with customers to capture proof points and use cases
- →Support analyst relations and technical briefings
- →Define success metrics for product marketing impact
Requirements
- ✓Degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- ✓Significant experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity
- ✓Strong technical foundation in application security or offensive security
- ✓Ability to understand and explain AI/ML-driven systems
- ✓Proven experience translating complex technical products into clear positioning
- ✓Deep curiosity and excellent communication skills
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Sales
- ✓Data-driven mindset with the ability to incorporate customer insights
