About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Xero. This role focuses on driving excellence in customer and business value through product ownership and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the adoption of the design system and other building blocks
- →Build and scale reusable systems like design tokens, UI components, and global capabilities
- →Establish best practices and roadmaps that reflect a ruthless prioritisation of customer and consuming team needs
- →Cultivate healthy relationships across product, design, and engineering
Requirements
- ✓Track record of owning technical product areas end-to-end
- ✓Front end engineering experience to work effectively with engineers and designers
- ✓Strong systems-thinking mindset to build and scale reusable systems
- ✓Ability to navigate complex environments and drive progress
- ✓Clear and engaging communication skills
