Key Responsibilities
- βBuild and develop strategic relationships with partners to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and growth
- βUnderstand business goals and client needs through regular communication and discovery sessions
- βConduct regular Business Reviews to assess account status, progress toward goals, and gather feedback
- βPropose new products, features, and solutions to maximize client value
- βCoordinate fulfillment of client requests, ensuring consistency of actions among internal teams (product, sales, support)
- βManage escalations and resolve issues while maintaining high-quality relationships
- βRepresent client interests within the company, translating their needs to product and technical teams
- βIdentify and support opportunities for upsell and expansion of collaboration
- βContribute to revenue growth through long-term development of client relationships
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles
- βStrong skills in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels (both external and internal)
- βExcellent communication skills, ability to conduct presentations and solve complex tasks
- βAdvanced/Proficiency English: ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients and teams
- βExperience in cross-functional collaboration with product, technical, and sales teams
- βAbility to work with metrics and translate data into business results
- βProactiveness, attention to detail, high organization, and sense of ownership
- βAdvantage: Experience in SaaS, gaming, fintech, or related industries
- βExperience working with international clients
